EEI CELEBRATES 20 YEARS

We are proud to celebrate 20 years in business in 2021! It has been a fun journey to where we are today. Founded in 2001, EEI started with a few equipment lines and a commitment to customer service and technical expertise. Soon after opening the OKC office another office in Tulsa was opened as well. This allowed us to serve the entire State of Oklahoma.

In the beginning, our main focus was Mechanical products such as custom air handlers, semi-custom packaged DX equipment, Fan Coil Units, and VFDs. Our plan from the beginning was to bring more products and services to our customers in areas of Hydronics and Sheet Metal as well. In 2005 we were presented with an opportunity to get into the HVAC filter business. While this was not a part of our original plan, we recognized the value it could bring to the business, and our customers, by complimenting what we were already doing. So, we opened a filter warehouse and the rest is history. Today, we are the leading filter supplier in the market. That same year we ventured into the Sheet Metal business in our Tulsa office, and not long after in the OKC office as well. Our initial plan was to enter the Hydronics business before Sheet Metal, however, it would be several more years before that happened. Now, we are one of the leading reps in Hydronics and have many more exciting things to come.

We feel fortunate to work with so many great partners, both customers and manufacturers. We have so many customers that have supported us from the beginning and contributed to our success. Organizations and people who don’t just evaluate our products and services based on being the lowest price, but recognize and appreciate the value that EEI brings to their business as well. We know that there are many options in the market and we are immensely grateful to those who choose to partner with EEI. We also recognize that our manufacturer partners are key to our continued success. We represent the best manufacturers in the market and look forward to many more years of success and partnership.

Finally, EEI wouldn’t be the company we are today without the hard work and dedication of all our team members. One of our Core Values is Customer First, and we strive to live that everyday.
